Hello lovelies,
You know that moment when you’ve procrastinated something for so long that you really don’t want to pick it up and don’t know how to start again? Well, hello again!
It’s been a pretty busy couple of months for me since I’ve gotten back from Singapore. In the beginning it was difficult for me to adjust back to my regular schedule, catching up with work, and also dealing with the holiday rush. In January I tried to work on my physical fitness and started going to the gym. February was full of birthdays, spending time with friends, and getting sick. I think I’m finally on the mend and getting back into the swing of things!
I recently bought a huge bag of asparagus from Costco and so I was really glad to find this delicious recipe for roasted garlic and asparagus soup.

But I also found this really interesting recipe for Sweet Potato ice cream using purple sweet potatoes. I’m really excited to check it out when I get the chance.

And I’m kind of in love with “Shape of you” from Ed Sheeran’s new album Divide. It’s been playing on repeat in my car because I love how upbeat it is.
Kurt Hugo Schneider totally outdid himself in this minor arrangement of Beauty and the Beast. This is the emo pop version I never knew I needed.
Thanks for reading!
Have a great week!
