Hello lovelies,

It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for me. My dog was hit by a car a week ago. Somehow, by some miracle of God, he’s actually doing fine – no broken bones or cuts. It’s pretty amazing actually.

Other than that I’ve just been busy.

I’m anticipating getting my first Imperfect Produce shipment this weekend and I’ll let you guys know my thoughts pretty soon.

I’ve always loved Andrea’s recipes on her blog Cooking with a Wallflower. And her recipe for Garlic Mint Mushroom Linguine is no exception. Bonus, I have a garden full of mint so I’m always looking for new ways to use mint.

And then there’s this recipe from Wish to Dish for Blanched Asparagus and Crispy Parma Ham with a Rocket Pesto. The title is certainly a mouthful, but the photos are what make this post absolutely mouthwatering.

KurtHugoSchneider always does amazing work. And I really like his new cover of Sorry Not Sorry by Demi Lovato.  I definitely love it more than the original.
