Hello lovelies!
I didn’t know how much I missed fruits and vegetables until I saw the Spring crops come into the market. I’ve spent a whole Winter practically deprived of greens and I’m so excited to get back into salads and fresh fruit!
I’ve been craving lighter foods as the weather has slowly gotten warmer. And this recipe for Negitoro Avocado Donburi from JustOneCookbook is absolutely perfect.
A lot has been going on in my life since my last post. Some good and some bad, but it’s definitely been keeping me busy. I haven’t been cooking as much as I would like nor have I really been able to invest a lot of time in my other hobbies like writing. But I suppose there’s no time like the present to turn things around.
I think part of the reason I struggle to get these Weekly Wandering posts up is because I always wonder how much I should share or what I should share on this blog. I’m not really sure who reads these posts, why you come here, if my life is even interesting.
This song was recommended to me by someone really important to me. It’s a beautiful reminder that God is good even through suffering and in tragic times. When I’ve been struggling with anxiety recently, I’ve been trying to remember that my God is a personal and caring God. He loves me and the people in this world more than I ever could.
