Hello Lovelies,
Wow I can’t believe there have been thirteen of these already. Time really flies.
It’s been softball season for my church and I was really busy last week, hence why I missed a post.
Recently, I’ve started a project based on the 100 Days of Happiness challenge. Instead of happiness I’ve decided to focus on joy. Happiness, to me, is fleeting and highly situational. I don’t think that happiness in itself is a worthwhile pursuit. It’s great to be happy, but happy moments go away. Joy, however, lasts through many trials. In this project I’m posting on my personal Instagram daily as a kind of journal for myself and sharing my thoughts and activities for the day. Though the project is entirely for myself, I hope that my friends and family can get to know me a little better and be encouraged through my posts.
I found this great recipe for Lobster Bisque from Cooking without Limits. It looks so delicious!
I’m currently listening to A Wrinkle in Time, the first book that ever made me cry as a child, and it mentions liverwurst sandwiches. I started looking up recipes and found this recipe for homemade liverwurst on The Spruce.
Thanks for reading!
Have a great week!
