I was doing groceries at the Korean supermarket the other day when I began to have a sudden craving for dumplings. As I walked over to the frozen food aisle I started thinking that I should just make my own dumplings. I grew up with homemade wantons and I’ve made my own gyoza before so I know it’s not that difficult. So I decided I wanted to host a dumpling making party. So here’s a great article from Bon Appetit on how to make homemade dumplings.  And here’s another one from First we Feast, which is super thorough.

I stumbled across this really delicious looking recipe from the Kitchn for Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp . It’s a quick and easy dinner any day of the week.
